Thank you for your letter.Now let me tell you how to keep healthy in daily life. To keep healthy, you should first develop good living habits.Don't stay up or sleep late.Every day you can do some sports which is good for your health.Have a nap at noon if time permits.What's more,one of the best way to keep fit is to develop healthy eating habits,such as getting more fruits and vegetables and having dinner on time.Do not overeat and avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. When you are free ,you can also read your favorite books, which will keep you in good mind.
