Finally, exercising to maintain a healthy weight also decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.

how to keep Healthy ?Firstly,you should do exercise at least three times a week to strengthen your bodies.Secondly,you should eat less meat,but more vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fried food ,because it's bad for health. You should never go to bed late.You must be sure that you sleep nine houres a day.It is very important to wash hand before eat food.We should not stay long nailsIf.When you getting ill ,you must go to the hospital.you keep a good habit, it will make your healthy and help you study better.
