I am in Britain now.
My answer to your question is: No, you can't visit EU countries only with a British Visa.
Britain is a member of EU, but they are funny about Chinese. No matter what kind of visa you are holding to stay in Britain, you will have to apply for another visa to visit any of the EU countries.
So I would suggest you apply for a visa for France (or any of the other EU countries), and then you will be able to visit other EU countries.
Also, applying for a visa for EU countries when you are in Britain may take a long time. You said you would only stay in Britain for a month, which I don't think is enough.
If I were you, I would go to the official Chinese websites of British Embassy and France Embassy, sending them emails to see if I could apply for two visas and go to visit these two countries one by one.
Good Luck to you. :)本回答被网友采纳
