我国海带资源丰富,除做为工业原料外,海带的药用价值也较高。海带中的多糖类成份岩藻多糖硫酸酯,具有较好的抗病毒、调节免疫力、抗肿瘤等药理活性。目前,岩藻多糖硫酸酯大多是以新鲜或干带为原料提取,而工业用于提取甘露醇、碘所剩余的废弃料并不常用于岩藻多糖硫酸酯的提取。
本实验,采用从鲜海带中提取多糖的热水浸提法对海带预处理水和醇、碘提取后的废弃料进行岩藻多糖硫酸酯的提取,并用硫酸蒽酮法测定其总含糖量。结果表明:工业用于提取甘露醇、碘所剩余的废弃料和预处理水,可用用于提取岩藻多糖硫酸酯;所采用的热水浸提法对废弃料的多糖提取,并不合适。
