It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and interesting day. 今天天气晴朗比较热。 我起得很早，帮父母做早饭。然后我洗碗打扫屋子。休息一会后我上午做作业。 下午我和朋友去我家最近的游泳池游泳。 在如此炎热的夏天游泳的确很棒。 晚上我上网、看故事书。我今天很忙过得很有趣。
其他活动像： went to the park/ played table tennis/ visited my friend/ went to the library / went shopping 等都可以写

It was rather frustrating, because I promised my parents that I'd wake up early and make them breakfast, since today is Saturday, and I wanted to impress them. 睡过头这件事情颇让我不悦,因为我已经对父母保证我会早起为他们做早饭,因为今天是星期六,而我想要他们的欣赏.
It wasn't surprising that both Mom and Dad were there when I finally got to the kitchen. 等我赶到厨房时,我毫不惊讶的发现爸妈都已经在那里了.
They looked like they were ready to go out, while my hair was still messed up like a bird nest, how embarrassing. 他们看起来已整装待发,而我的头发却还蓬乱得像个鸟窝,真令人羞惭.
And then I got mad because my little brother came up and laughed at me. 当我弟弟过来笑我的时候,我生气了.
I practically shoved him onto the stove, where the fire was hissing.我差点把他推上了炉子,而炉火还在烧著.
He screamed, and my mother was startled and saw what happened.他尖叫出声,我妈妈被惊动了,然后她看见了发生了甚麼事.
She was so upset that I was sent to my bedroom for the rest of the weekend. 她气得让我马上回房间,并且整个周末都得待在那里.
I think I'm the most unlucky person in the world. 我觉得我是全世界运气最差的人.
