一分钟自我介绍要点：
一、首先礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，向所有的面试官示意，面试官注意别的东西，可稍等一下，等面试官注意力集中在你这个“焦点”的时候再开始。
二、把握好时间，如果规定了自我介绍时间，注意把握好时间的长短，不要太长，更不要过于简短，所以一般在家可以先准备好两分自我介绍，可以准备个1分钟自我介绍，3分钟自我介绍。
三、自我介绍的内容：如姓名、工作经历、时间等履历应该一下带过，因为你的简历上已经有了足够多的介绍，这个时候你就把时间重点放在简历上所没有的东西，即你对这个职位的优势，工作经验和工作所取得的成绩，用以证明你能够很好的任职这个职位。
四、作自我简介过程中，注意力一定要集中，这也是最起码的礼貌，如果你四处张望，漫不经心，如果你是面试官，你会要这样的人嘛？姿势可以保持一个姿势，毕竟很短暂的时间。
五、自我介绍结束后：结束后一定要谢谢面试官，耐心的听你的介绍，一段短短的自我介绍，就是为了下次更深入的了解而做的准备而已。
now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice.
besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,
i like my major packaging and i won“t give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education.
i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.ou for giving me the chance.追问
