Fresh vegetables and fruits play an important role in keeping healthy. Aslo, we should keep a balanced diet each day. We should have less smoke, coffee and junk food. And we should have a proper sleep. Don't watch TV or play computer for a long time. We can avoid putting too much stress on ourselves and try to look on the positive side of life.
