The music education plays an important role more and more during the course of the reform from the examination-oriented education system to the education for all-round development. The music belongs to the types of understanding the world. The radical change must be carried out to recover from cacodoxy that mastering the Chinese and mathematics is enough for pupils. The pupils will gain more music exercise by means of the change. They are accustomed to estimate the music level through music skill, but the music estimation depends on the taste. The music education is not same with skill education. It needs the intervention of feeling and overfull theory is skimble-skamble for pupils. Besides, the music education is opened on the audience. It is impossible to evaluate the music educational level based on several best of its kind.
